.Carolyn was great at guiding us on this experience. When we started my head space was full of “noise” and “chatter,” At the conclusion when we were sipping hot tea in the yurt, I felt stillness in my body and mind.

Let Nature Be Your Therapy!
What is Forest Therapy?
“Forest Therapy is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, which translates to "forest bathing." Studies have demonstrated a wide array of health benefits, especially in the cardiovascular and immune systems, and for stabilizing and improving mood and cognition. ”
-Association for Nature and Forest Therapy
What happens on a Forest Therapy walk?
As your dedicated guide, I will lead you on a journey through a magical PNW temperate rainforest with a series of “invitations” meant to open your senses and help you connect with the forest in new ways. Forget the rush! It's time to slow down, reconnect, and rejuvenate your mind and body. After our walk, we will gather for tea and sharing. You'll emerge feeling lighter, stress-free, and deeply connected to the world around and within you.
100% of the proceeds from your guided walk will go toward the care and maintenance of the rainforest.
