.Carolyn was great at guiding us on this experience. When we started my head space was full of “noise” and “chatter,” At the conclusion when we were sipping hot tea in the yurt, I felt stillness in my body and mind.

What is Forest Therapy?
“Forest Therapy is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, which translates to "forest bathing." Studies have demonstrated a wide array of health benefits, especially in the cardiovascular and immune systems, and for stabilizing and improving mood and cognition. ”
-Association for Nature and Forest Therapy
What happens on a Forest Therapy walk?
As your dedicated guide, I will lead you on a journey through a PNW temperate rainforest with a series of “invitations” meant to open your senses and help you connect with the forest in new ways. Forget the rush! It's time to slow down, reconnect, and rejuvenate your mind and body.
After our walk, we will gather for tea and sharing. You'll emerge feeling lighter, stress-free, and deeply connected to the world around and within you.
Join me in this experience where nature becomes your therapy!
Is this a Naturalist Walk?
A Forest Therapy Walk is not a plant identification walk. Rather, it is meant to help you connect with the forest through the senses instead of the head.

"If you are considering booking it, DO IT! I highly recommend if you are needing time to reflect, change direction, heal, celebrate or be close to nature. It can be as deep or light and joyful as you like." - Ashley
"If you are considering booking a ceremony experience with Carolyn, this is a (gentle) nudge to do so. The rainforest space Carolyn has access to is simply ✨magical✨: the soothing sounds of rain and the babbling stream have stayed with me for days." - Anna
