Personal. Professional. Stress free!
Creating a meaningful elopement ceremony doesn’t have to be complicated. I’ll work closely with you to learn your story, understand your values, and craft a ceremony that feels true to who you are.
Step 1: Connect
Start by filling out the contact form. We’ll schedule a relaxed phone or Zoom chat to talk about your vision and see if we’re a good fit.
Step 2: Reserve Your Date: I’ll send a customized proposal to reserve your date and make everything official.
Step 3: Personalize Your Ceremony
You’ll complete a few short questionnaires that help me understand your story, your vision, and what matters most to you. This allows me to create a ceremony that feels intentional, meaningful, and uniquely yours — without adding stress to the planning process.
Step 4: Review & Refine
I’ll create your full ceremony outline with all the elements you've chosen. We’ll review it together, make any adjustments you’d like, and ensure it feels just right.
Step 5: Tie the Knot!
On the day of your elopement, we’ll meet at your chosen spot on the Oregon Coast. I’ll guide you through a warm, grounded, meaningful ceremony you’ll never forget.
Step 6: After the Ceremony
I’ll file your marriage license with the county and send info on ordering certified copies and handling any name changes.
Advice from a local!
Because I live and work on the North Oregon Coast, I’m happy to share helpful local insights along the way. My services include:
• Location Guidance
My curated North Coast Location Guide helps you choose the right ceremony location and timing for your elopement. It includes tide-dependent spots (with guidance on ideal ceremony timing), locations with restroom and parking access, cliffside viewpoints, barefoot beach options, and a handful of beautiful lesser-known gems.
• Accessibility Guidance
Support for couples or guests with mobility limitations, my Accessibility Guide includes recommendations for accessible ceremony locations, parking considerations, and where to rent a beach wheelchair.
• Vendor Recommendations Suggestions for trusted photographers, florists, and other local elopement-friendly vendors
• Licensing and Permits
Support with the legal side of your ceremony, including detailed instructions on acquiring an Oregon Marriage License, and whether a special-use permit may be needed.
What's the difference?
A wedding planner manages the full event from start to finish — logistics, vendors, design, budgets, and timelines.
What I can do is give you the tools to stay in control of planning your elopement or microwedding, with the clarity and local insight you need to do it confidently and simply on your own.
