DESCRIPTION AND PERIOD: The “Coastal Dream Elopement Giveaway” a wedding services contest (the “Promotion”) starts at the opening of business on February 14, 2021 and ends at the close of business on September 07, 2021 (the “Promotion Period”). 

ALL SERVICES RELATING TO THE PRIZE MUST BE PERFORMED WITHIN TILLAMOOK COUNTY OREGON.

THE PRIZE IS ONLY VALID ON SELECT DATES IN APRIL, 2022. 

ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be (a) a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. (b) 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of any participating partners, their parent companies, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Promotion, including, but not limited to, the entities supplying the prizes herein (collectively the “Promotion Entities”), and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in same household, whether related or not), are not eligible to participate. This Promotion is void in Puerto Rico, all US territories and possessions and where prohibited by law. Limit one entry per person/household.

TO ENTER: To enter, access https://oregonbeachceremonies.com/contest Follow the instructions to access the entry form to enter the Promotion. You must submit a complete entry form. As part of the Promotion entry process, entrants will be required to indicate that they have read, accept, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The name of the person submitting the entry must be the authorized account holder of such email address, otherwise, entry may be deemed void. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, the winner will be the holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is authorized account holder of such email address. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or her email, or postal address during the Promotion Period. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of delivery or entry. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to the entrant.

WINNER SELECTION: The prize winner (the “Winner”) will be randomly selected from the entries received and the drawing is conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor, whose decisions are based on their sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules, and are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Limit of one prize per person/household. The Sponsor’s decisions regarding the application and interpretation of the Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. • Unlimited planning email and calls, 3 hours of onsite coordinating set up & support, timeline, and vendor coordinating. 

Hair & makeup Gift Certificate from the Union Knot

• Winner receives a $225 Gift Certificate towards Bridal Hairstyling and Makeup. Value of $225  

$100 gift certificate from Cannon Beach Party Rentals

• Winner receives $100 Gift Certificate good for any rental items requested.  Most items can be found on the website; www.cannonbeachpartyrentals.com.

$250 gift certificate for catering with Sage Bleu Catering

1 night stay at The Inn at Cape Kiwanda. 

• Available on select dates in April, 2022. Subject to availability.

ALL SERVICES RELATING TO THE PRIZE MUST BE PERFORMED WITHIN TILLAMOOK COUNTY OREGON

(the “Prize”) will be awarded in September, 2021, for select dates in April, 2022.

The Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. No transfer or substitution of the Prize is allowed. Travel and travel-related expenses are not included. There is no cash alternative offered. Exact prize is subject to change based on availability. Some blackout dates apply. The value of the Prize is taxable as income and the Winner is solely responsible for all matters relating to the Prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the Prize.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE FULFILLMENT: The potential Winner will be notified by email within seven (7) business days of the close of the Promotion Period. Any Winner notification returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address will result in Prize forfeiture and an alternate Winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. If the Winner does not accept the Prize in writing within 7 days of the original Prize notification, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. ALL SERVICES RELATING TO THE PRIZE MUST BE PERFORMED WITHIN TILLAMOOK COUNTY OREGON. NOT ALL OF THE PARTICIPATING VENDORS MAY BE AVAILABLE ON ALL DATES. IN THE EVENT THAT A VENDOR OR MULTIPLE VENDORS ARE NOT AVAILABLE OR BECOME UNAVAILABLE FOR ANY REASON, THE VENDOR(S) WILL NOT BE SUBSTITUTED AND THAT PORTION OF THE PRIZE WILL BE VOID. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute vendors, services and products relating to the Prize at any time and for any reason.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or any combination thereof; (e) failure of any vendor to perform, or; (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or download any materials in the Promotion. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part.

ADDITIONAL PROMOTION TERMS: By entering this Promotion each entrant or participant acknowledges that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Inc and as such releases Facebook,Inc. from any and all liability including but not limited to LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY as listed previously. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion will be directed to the Sponsor, not Facebook, Inc.

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, entrants and their participating entities agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and waive any right to challenge the decision of the Sponsor regarding any claim of ambiguity in the Promotion or these Official Rules, whose decision shall be binding. Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete entries, whether due to system errors or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, typographical, or otherwise. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants, Sponsor, or Promotion Entities. If for any reason this Promotion is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and randomly draw from those entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
